The Steinway & Sons P300 2.1 surround sound processor from Steinway Lyngdorf is built for the demanding connoisseur, who requires the ultimate performance in immersive formats as well as stereo. With the new state-of-the-art HDMI and decoder boards, the P300 2.1 pass-through 4K-120Hz and 8K video with full decoding of 16 native channels and support of up to 256 speakers – all with RoomPerfect™ room correction and intelligent bass management.
State-of-the-art HDMI processing
The P300 2.1 offers full support for all immersive sound formats such as Dolby Atmos®, DTS:X, and AURO-3D®, as well as 8K and 3D video, HDCP 2.3, and advanced HDMI switching. The P300 2.1 features full HDMI matrix functionality between the five HDMI inputs and two outputs, supporting HDMI 2.1 features including eARC, Dynamic Lip-Sync, 40 Gbps FRL, and 18 Gbps TMDS video rates. It also supports optional digital AES3 or AES67 input boards for cinema servers.
